This Privacy Policy describes how Unlimited Apps, LLC ("Unlimited Apps," "we," "us") handles information in connection with ExactSlip (the "Service") and this website. ExactSlip is an information and entertainment product about sports betting. It is not a sportsbook, and it never accepts, places, or transmits bets.
This website is a simple informational site. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not ask you for personal information to read it.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in server logs used to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our hosting provider may also use strictly necessary cookies for security purposes. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
ExactSlip is currently in a proving phase and nothing is for sale. When subscriptions open, they will be sold through third-party platforms (such as Whop) and alerts and community access will be delivered through third-party services (such as Telegram and Discord). Those platforms will collect and handle your account and payment information under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive basic subscription information from the sales platform — such as your username, subscription status, and the email address you used there — so we can provide the Service.
If you send us a message, we will receive the contact information and content you choose to send, and we will use it only to respond to you and operate the Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Service (for example, our hosting provider and, at launch, the sales and community platforms described above), and when required by law.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it, subject to legal obligations. Reach us through the contact options on the Unlimited Apps website at unlimitedapps.dev.
ExactSlip is intended only for people who are 21 years of age or older, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
If gambling stops being fun, help is free, confidential, and available 24/7: 1-800-GAMBLER (call or text) · National Council on Problem Gambling Helpline 1-800-522-4700 · ncpgambling.org.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date above.
